Founded by two partners, backed by a full firm
Tramuntana Tax is not a separate firm. It is the door through which international clients reach Vicens Advisors, a tax and legal firm that has worked on Mallorca for over forty years, and Lexon, the boutique law firm the same partners run. The name comes from the Serra de Tramuntana, the range that shelters the island's north.

A lawyer and economist specialising in corporate taxation, business restructuring and estate law. After more than ten years at PwC in Barcelona, in tax planning for corporate groups, international taxation and large family estates, she joined the family firm in 2025 and leads the work for resident and non-resident individuals.

Juan Pedro Vidal López
Co-founder · Tax & Law
Built his career at Deloitte in Barcelona and Palma, where he reached Manager level and led the tax department for the Balearic Islands. His practice focuses on international taxation and complex tax proceedings, combining technical rigour with a global strategic perspective.

Vicens Advisors was founded in Manacor over forty years ago and advises companies, the self-employed and private individuals on tax, legal and accounting matters. Its team of tax advisers, lawyers and accountants prepares and files the returns described on this site. Lexon, founded by the same partners, handles the matters that need a lawyer: property transactions, succession planning, tax proceedings and corporate work.

Every engagement starts with a written quote and a checklist. Every filing ends with the stamped return in your inbox.
From abroad by default
Documents through a secure link, signatures by power of attorney where needed, payment by direct debit. You come to the island when you want to, not because you have to.
Criterion, then the form
We do not fill in a form until the position is right: the residence, the treaty, the value, the ownership. Most errors we correct come from a wrong premise, not a wrong number.
